Starting from scratch, I developed and established pricing for products and services for my Creative Services Department. I developed proposals with a project overview and estimate and pitched these to clients. Each project was individually tailored to each client's situation, including timeframe, budget, needs, and potential opportunities for growth (for both their company and my department).

Through weekly traffic reports, monthly reports (pictured), quarterly reports, annual reports, and annual projections, I was able to build my department by proving profit and structuring growth. Operations were scaled up to meet project needs while ensuring market conditions were taken into consideration to create lasting steady growth.

Each project was split into actionable tasks and assigned to a team member through the project management platform I implemented for my department. Each task had allocated time which was tracked and included in reports and used for invoicing and profit reporting. Tasks were strategically delegated to allow for workload balance, client matching & consistency. Timelines were generated from the assignments, and were an essential part for both our team, the company, and our clients.
